Romsey Rapids

Places for people Leisure have added SWIMTAG to Romsey Rapids pool following their takeover of the management of Leisure Services in the Test Valley area.

PfP Leisure have made SWIMTAG an integral part of their strategy to get more people swimming, so as well as offering wristbands to all swim members, it’s also available to those who take part in their various health initiatives such as Swimazing and Swim4Health. SWIMTAG is currently installed in over 70 PfP run sites.

Hola Barcelona!

The SWIMTAG team are excited to announce a new site in Barcelona, Can Caralleu is home to the top Catalan synchronised swimming team and boasts two fantastic 25m pools. The pool operator, Claror are already using the MyWellness platform throughout the site and were keen to offer SWIMTAG to their members to take advantage of the integration between both systems.

As part of the new installation the team here have been busy translating the web apps into Catalan and Spanish for our new users

We hope to welcome more Spanish pools soon!

The integration between Technogyms MyWellness and SWIMTAG allows swimmers swims to automatically publish to their MyWellness account and to contribute towards their total MOVEs

Installation at Four Epping Forest Sites

SWIMTAG will now be available at four new leisure centres in Epping Forest after installations took place over the last couple of days.

The running of Ongar Leisure Centre, Loughton Leisure Centre, Epping Sports Centre and Waltham Abbey Swimming Pool was taken over by Places for People Leisure at the beginning of April.

PfP Leisure have made SWIMTAG an integral part of their strategy to get more people swimming, so as well as offering wristbands to all swim members, it’s also available to those who take part in their various health initiatives such as Swimazing and Swim4Health. Everyone Active Embraces SWIMTAG

In April 2017 Everyone Active took over the running of three East Hants Leisure Centres (Taro LC, Mill Chase LC and Alton LC) which already had SWIMTAG installed.

Both users and staff were keen to see the use of SWIMTAG continue at all three sites so were delighted when Everyone Active upgraded to our new MK3 SWIMTAG docking station and wristbands which are now available for all members to use.

The team have already set up their first featured SWIMTAG challenge which will be a 10km swim through “Shark Alley” in the month of July.
